Spice Menu

When we set Spice up we originally offered a menu that changed every month - the whole menu.  We also offered a variety of special items which remained pretty constant thereby allowing regular customers to keep coming back for their favourite dishes.  Based on customer feedback, we have now come up with a meu that will remain constant.  In addition to this menu, we have a number of specials that will be offered as and when ingredients permit.

Appetizers

Onion Bhaji (5pcs)

Beef Madras - Hot

Beef Do Piaza - Mild

This is a North Indian dish and it translates as Do (two) Piaza (onions) because onions are used at the beginning and the end of the cooking process.  Combined with yoghurt and ginger it makes for a wonderful rich curry.
